Product Description

Jingfusi durable Power Turret CNC Lathe CK52 76DTW is equipped with dual high-performance power head, 0° power head under normal conditions up to 8000 RPM, 90° power head up to 6500 RPM, efficient adaptation to machining needs. The tool holder adopts gearless module transmission design to eliminate the influence of heat source and ensure the machining accuracy stably.

Under the premise of consistent configuration, casting structure, aging treatment and assembly accuracy, virtual Y axis and vertical Y axis have their own advantages: virtual Y axis stiffness is higher, roundness adjustment is more convenient; vertical Y axis stroke is easy to expand, machining surface finish is better, programming operation is simpler.

Chip removal system adopts side and back integrated design, flexible installation mode, and adapts to different workshop layouts. In addition, the whole machine casting is annealed, vibration aging and other multi-channel process treatment to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment and effectively extend the service life.
